En Eaton Haina DR tenemos la vacante Attendant.SCM.General. Este role tiene las siguientes responsabilidades: PRIMARY FUNCTION: Recibir y Despachar materiales, pesar las paletas recibidas, digitar requisiciones, realizar reportes. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Descargar materiales de contenedores, camiones u otro transporte que llegue a nuestra facilidad. Recibir, pesar, segregar, verificar y ubicar los materiales recibidos en sus diferentes localizaciones. Mantener el control de los inventarios.. Actualizar (scannear) o hacer transacción manual en el sistema de AS400 todos los materiales despachados a las líneas de producción. Transportar materiales de manufactura, en carro de mano, pallet-truck o Pallet Rider, según necesidad, ya sea por peso o por volúmen de carga. Suministrar a cada drop off point o punto de descargael material que se requiera, manteniendo este debidamente identificado. Asegurar que el material esté disponible cuando se necesite en el punto de uso. Documentar y llenar el formulario de transacción, asegurando la exactitud de las informaciones. Asegurar el cumplimiento del objetivo de cycle count en su área y de las líneas a las cuales les brinda servicio. Asegurar que los materiales a transportar no excedan las 40lbs de peso, debido al cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y salud del empleado. Mantener la limpieza y organización del área de trabajo (5S) - Responsabilidades relacionadas con Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (EHS): Asistir a todos los entrenamientos de Seguridad, Salud y Medio ambiente que sean asignados. Cumplir con los requerimientos de 5S/MESH. Responsable de velar por las normas de seguridad así como las políticas establecidas por Eaton. El no-cumplimiento con los procedimientos de seguridad puede derivar en accidentes menores y/o lesiones dependiendo de las función #LI-EA1 Qualifications SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Bachiller Conocimiento básico de Microsoft Office. Resultado de Apto en Prueba de esfuerzo Experiencia mínima de (6) meses en el área de manufactura y/o (2 ) meses en el área de Almacén ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Responsibility for Materials & Products: Responsable por los materiales propios de su operación. Responsibility for Facilities and Equipment: Responsable por las herramientas que facilitan la elaboración de sus labores: pallet truck, guantes, zapatos de protección, etc. Physical Effort: Elevado.
