This exciting role offers opportunity to: Place appropriate purchasing orders as per SAP requisition plan, and release to vendors after verification by related authority. Confirm purchasing orders timely and manage overdue orders. Periodically review o/s orders with suppliers, and re-confirm the delivery schedule with vendors in accordance with pull in/push out/cancel information in MRP. Opportunely provide W/O material shortage report and sales order material status report everyday. Confirm the accuracy of materials parameters with sourcing/manufacturer and update the correct information periodically. Handle materials delivery issue, quality issue etc. in time to ensure the material delivery schedule can fulfill production request. Review suppliers’ payment statements and collect all AP from vendors monthly. Keep good and close communication with vendors, and participate in the vendor performance evaluation. Control inventory at appropriate level to achieve company’s material turn over target. Prevent and manage slow moving materials. ECN approval and materials management. Handling EOL materials. Spot buy. Samples order, PPAP and spec. approval, etc. Qualifications Requirement: College education or above. 1+ years purchasing /material management experience in factory. ERP system, especially module of SAP MM/PP; Can achieve outstanding performance under work pressure; Good communications skills and negotiation tactics; Yes!
