Job Summary Deliver components and materials required to Production department in the shortest time possible. Tasks Locate the corresponding shelf components that are displayed in the BOM (Bill of Material) or requisition of components (Pink). Count or weigh the quantities of the required components in the BOM or requisition of components (Pink). Deliver components to the corresponding production line representative. Complete list of orders and shipped components and deliver it to the warehouse supervisor. Keep the FIFO system in all existing components. Isssue WO components and requisitions ( Pinks, Rejects and Samples) Process the WO components returns and located on inventory Material handling in the supermarket and the movement of components in ERP Make physical inventory when the component or material required it. Use properly the equipment in the warehouse area. Assist Shipping Clerk and Receiving Clerk when necessary. Perform other duties related to the warehouse. Job Characteristics This position does not exercise supervision. Manages valuable material resources. Do not have responsibility for financial resources. Has responsibility to make medium importance reports. Requires normal relationship with employees. No responsibility for confidential reports. One mistake can bring high consequences in time and money; the error can be corrected. Physical effort is much; medium mental and visual effort. This position is exposed to high heat and dust. Have much chance of risk. Qualifications Special Requirements Math ability. Appropriate management of scales Basic knowledge of MFG-PRO system Requires a lot of initiative. Education & Qualifications Education: High school Experience: Minimum one (1) year in the area Safety Expectations Learn and follow all safety requirements. Failure to do so will result in disciplinary action. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Actively participate in safety improvement activities. Report any unsafe practices by coworkers or contractors. Immediately report all injuries and other safety incidents. Others Source of Recruitment: Internal and / or external.
