Job Summary

检查及解决原材料缺料问题,保证产品按时完成。按照规定的流程及计划,保证成品库存准确以及成品及时发货。

Check and solve raw material shortage problem, smooth material flow to make sure the products can be finished in time. Ensure finish goods inventory accuracy and on-time delivery according to t he prescribed process and schedule .

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities 岗位职责 :
1. 检查跟踪材料状态,包括P01,F01和Kanban材料。与采购就缺料问题进行沟通,以确保缺料的及时供应。

Check and trace materials status. It’s include P01,F01 and Kanban materials. To communicate with Purchaser about material shortage in order to receive material in time.

2. 线束生产期间处理各种材料问题,及时要料并保证生产平稳运行。

Handle different kind of materials issue during bundle producing, request materials in time and keep production running smoothly.

3. 就材料有关的问题进行分析,并与相关部门进行交流。Baan系统的材料控制。

Analysis material issue and communicate with related department. Control materials in baan system.

4. 成品发货Finish goods dispatch

准备发货单据(装箱单/COC/发货用标签),向进出口部门提供发货信息。

Prepare shipping documents (packing list/ COC/ shipping label) and provide shipment information to import /export department.

5. BAAN系统数据维护BAAN System Data Entry.

• 成品、半成品出入库流程Finish goods and semi-finish goods inbound & outbound& shipping process
• 不同库房和库位之间的库存转移和库存调整。Inventory transfer between different warehouse and location.
• 订单挪料Exchange materials between different production orders
• 其他BAAN系统相关操作Other BAAN system related operation
• 在客户指定系统中填写发货信息。Shipping information registration and printing labels in customer Access systems

6. 库存控制Inventory Control in Baan system

• F01库存调整。F01 inventory adjustment
• KANBAN材料控制及库存调整。Kanban materials control and performing related inventory adjustment

Requirement 任职资格 :
1. 中专或中专以上学历

Technical Secondary School Education Background or above

2. 一年以上制造型工厂工作经验

1 year above working experience in the manufacture factory

3. 了解物流知识。熟悉ERP系统,了解BaaN优先

Knowledge of logistics. Familiar with ERP system, Baan is preferred

4. 熟悉计算机应用软件Be familiar with MS software, outlook

5. 基本英语读写能力。Basic oral and written English skill
