What will you do: Supervise daily operation in shop floor, assure deliverables to specific assembly lines according to daily needs, and coordinate unionized personnel. Responsibilities °Authority to stop any act or condition that endangers the quality, safety, health and / or environment in the work environment. °Assure production plan according to objetives always considering EHS, quality and productivity. °Responsible of inventory accuracy and cycle count plan. °Identify project delays and offer impact mitigation strategies. °Provides productivity projects with a continuous improvement mindset. °Implement 6s mindset in area of responsibility. What will you need to succeed? Industrial, mechanical or related engineering bachelor degree, Years of experience can be considered. Preferred: 3 years of experience in similar positions Experience as industrial, logistic, process or production engineering/supervisor. SAP knowledge. English basic intermediate.
