Scope of Duties:

• Manage, coordinate and optimize daily aircraft parts dispatch operations within the HAECO Stores and Logistics Network
• Manage and utilize the space for the storage of unserviceable items
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standard of the dispatch area and loading bay
• Coordinate with both external and internal users for the disposition of the removed parts from aircraft
• Manage the packaging room for the shipment preparation
• Perform scrap function and assure the all procedures are compiled to regulatory requirements
• Conduct continuous review, plan and evaluate the spare delivery activities, work flow, cost effectiveness, KPI achievement, staff performance and development
• Work closely with internal / external customers to deliver solutions that meet their needs
• Perform occurrence analysis and investigation of related quality audit findings, customer complaints, IOR’s and MOR’s and propose corrective and preventive action plan. Liaise with internal and external parties for case follow up
• Monitor and assure quality and safety standard of the workplace
• Assure proper capture and billing of Logistics cost to customer per contractual requirements
• Coordinate annual budget exercise, monitor budget adherence and investigate variance
• Initiate, lead, prepare and present progress report of ad hoc / process improvement projects
• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff
• Perform supervisory duties
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 4 years relevant experience for Degree holder in relevant disciplines or equivalent
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong communication, supervisory and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Good analytical skills
• Good in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge in Lean / Six Sigma / 5S an advantage
