Scope of Duties:

• Leading the administration team to support the frontline operations
• Develop training and license renewal plan to fulfill regulatory compliance and company / customer procedure compliance
• Provide asset management function on the tool and equipment required for the operations
• Manage and update the master data involved in daily operations such as SOP, floor plan, operation manual, Tool and asset list
• Organize the departmental events such as the Town hall briefing and team building activities
• Organize the external and internal visits
• Actively reviewing KPI reports and other operational performance updates within Stores and Logistics to identify improvement opportunities and work with stakeholders to initiate cost savings / process improvement projects
• Manage initiation, progress update and accomplishment reporting of cross sections and cross department process improvement projects
• Act as change agent to promote the improvement projects
• Monitor Stores and Logistics budget compliance and work with the relevant sections to analyze variance for improvement
• Monitor cost and revenue of the Stores and Logistics operations and support on the billing process
• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff
• Perform supervisory duties
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 4 years relevant experience for Degree holder in relevant disciplines or equivalent
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical skills
• Good in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge in AutoCAD / MS Visio an advantage
