Job Responsibility 工作职责：

• Make weekly/monthly/yearly production schedule based on sales order in hand.
• Be responsible for MPS running and MRP running on time
• Be responsible for material planning. Work out and apply to the PR according to the master planning
• Adjust production planning and reschedule material planning to quick response for the sales order’s modification.
• Focus on the production planning, follow up and promise the production orders can be completed on time.
• Follow and monitor the material schedule. Make sure material can be arrived at company and be taken countered-action on time.
• Track and monitor the non-confirm material happened on site. Timely control and deal with slow-moving material.
• Be responsible for stock level control of raw material. Define the reasonable stock level and monthly implement with proposal after cause analysis.
• Involved in production and deal with urgent incident.
• Make relevant reports timely and accurately.

Job Requirements 工作要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above in Business / Industry / Supply Chain management fields. Master Degree is a plus; 本科或以上学历，商务，工业或供应链管理专业，硕士优先

2. 2-3 years experience of planning work in MNC; 2-3年制造企业计划工作经验

3. Fluent oral and written English & Mandarin suitable for business negotiations; 善于商务沟通，英语流利

4. Creative, positive and proactive, can-do attitude, cooperative to others; 富有创造性，积极主动，脚踏实地，乐于协作

5. Process-oriented with flexibility; 以流程为导向并能灵活应对挑战

6. Problem solver with service attitude, willing to adapt for internal and external client’s need. 积极解决问题，能适应并满足内外部客户的需求

7. Good knowledge of BU organization, customer and products, process 了解业务单元组织架构，客户及产品，流程

8 Good knowledge of Supply Chain Management which spans all movement and storage of raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods from point of origin to point of consumption 熟悉供应链管理，包括原材料，物料移动，库存等
