Position Objective:
通過一系列工具對於供應商及物料庫存進行有效的管理,以保證和提升客戶滿足率,並在整個工作中持續不斷的優化和改進現有工作流程,以完成和達到當前一系列庫存運營的指標。
Be responsible for customer service level enhancement, optimizing and improving current work processes through implementing IR standard work to drive our supplier and inventory management level to meet our target
Principal Responsibilities:
外借庫存的審核和管理 checking and management for lend out order
零件圖號管理和新零件系統創建 item number management and new item creation in system
採購單的跟蹤、回饋 have a track for purchasing order and feedback on time
零件參數的檢查和更新(特別是採購週期) item parameters check and update (especially purchase lead time)
負責當地的供應商的開發以滿足銷售和服務的需求 Be responsible for material local sourcing to meet sales and service requirement;
負責物料的採購成本、參數及一些供應商的管理 Be in charge of material price, parameter and supplier base management;
與供應商建立和保持一定的合作關係 Develop and maintain appropriate business relationships with suppliers;
定期與相關部門溝通, 評估供應商的績效,包括交期、品質以及服務水準 Coordinate to regular assess supplier's performance of delivery, quality and service with related team members.
所有的業務行為要符合公司全球的政策和需求 Daily improvement to meet with Ingersoll Rand global policy and requirements.
Qualifications:
本科及以上學歷 Bachelor degree or higher education background
有庫存管理,採購管理相關方面的知識 Proficient knowledge and practical experience for inventory and purchase management
有3年以上的工作經歷,有庫存、採購管理相關工作經歷者優先 More than 3 years experiences, have inventory or purchase management experience is preferred
有強烈的團隊意識和較強的溝通能力 Effective leadership, strong communication skill
書面英語良好,有口語溝通能力 Good written and oral communication skills in English
熟悉行業相關的供應鏈管理及其供應商管理和供應商計畫管理
Considerable knowledge of industry related supply base, as well as supplier management and supply planning
