Main responsibilities主要职责:

1. According to the sales forecast and the production plan make the purchasing order

依据客户计划和生产计划制定采购订单

2. Create the purchase order on time

及时下达采购订单

3. Follow up the material’s purchasing order, avoid the risk of material shortage, fulfillment production needed and customer demand

跟踪物料交期，确保满足生产需求和客户需求

4. Manage the excess of raw material

呆滞物料的管控

5. Control the inventory

原材料库存的管控

6. For Introduce SAP, Co-work with the IT and all the other department to solve the problems and make a life for SAP

同各部门紧密合作确保SAP能够正常使用

7. Provide KPI’s summary reports, including supplier performances and material turnover rate 制作月度报表，主要包含供应商交付率统计和库存周转率

8. Work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations and ensure that all employees are in compliance.遵守职业健康和安全条例和法规。

9. Support Management in Environmental, Safety and Health issues支持管理环境、安全与健康问题

Qualification Requirement任职资格要求：

• College or above 大专及以上学历

• Min. 5 years comparable work 至少五年类似工作经验

• Good at material planning & customer forecast control 有专业的物料计划和客户预测掌控能力

• Inventory control must be professional 很好的库存控制能力

• Good at supplier management skills and communication skills良好的供应商管理技巧和沟通技巧

• Some knowledge on international trade 有相关的国际贸易知识

• Experience in Windows / MS Office and other software熟练使用办公软件

• SAP experience 具备SAP使用经验

• Good English skill 良好的英语技能

• Well knowledge on IATF16949 & ISO14001. 熟悉IATF16949 和ISO14001体系
