Job Responsibilities:

1 Responsible for schedules of materials on purchase orders to support the MRP system. Also providing rolling forecasts to suppliers;

2 Responsible for expedites materials according to MRP in ERP system. Tracks any late shipments and expedites/resolves problems associated with late delivery;

3 Responsible for payment verification;

4 Gathers and maintains data relating to the Supplier Performance Management Program (eg. on-time delivery, price, etc.). Assists the Cetegory Buyers with supplier performance reviews and in addressing any supplier related issues;

5 Cooperate with SQE and/or Quality functions to solve supplier related quality issues;

6 Take lead on Kanban, JIT or Consignment projects plan and implement.

Qualifications:

1 College degree or above;

2 Fluent in English reading and writing, and fluent oral is preferred;

3 Familiar with quality standards and their application to the supplier base;

4 Familiar with modern PMC methods and a creative thinker;

5 Full ERP knowledge (SAP experience is preferred);

6 Min. 2-4 years professional experience in similar position;

7 Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in managing inventory.
