职位描述：

• 计划，根据物料消耗/订单需求安排物料采购订单并跟踪按时到货
• 快速有效的与供应商沟通与协商合适的交期
• 有效的与相关部门沟通，以确保物料的正常与***状态
• 库存分析，优化库存，注意管控下物料的设置与实际情况的偏差并汇报给上级
• 与采购部门一起对供应商进行分析及评价
• 确认物料发票

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and release materials’ Purchase Orders on time depending consumption and customer order, also follow up PO frequently to make sure arrival on time
• Quick and efficient communication with the suppliers to ensure the delivery performance
• Good communication with relevant departments to ensure the material available and the best
• Stock analysis & optimization, report to leader difference and abnormality for controlled material, also can deal with efficiently after getting approval.
• Evaluate supplier performance for the improvement purpose with the purchase department
• Check materials invoices

岗位要求：

• 学历：大专及以上
• 机械，电气等理工类相关专业优先，三年以上相关工作经验
• 有ERP（SAP）系统操作经验
• 有主动性，应变能力和责任感，做事有条理，逻辑性强
• 有良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神
• 较好的英语口语及书写能力
• 能熟练操作OFFICE软件

Qualifications:

• Education: junior college or above
• Bachelor degree or equals, majors in logistics or business administration 3 years related working experience in material planning and supply chain management (the working experience in industry will be preferred)
• Good ERP system operations skills (SAP skill will be preferred)
• Initiative, adaptability and sense of responsibility, work organized, strong logic
• Good communication skills and team work
