1. Daily release PO timely and track the PO delivery status to ensure meeting demand requests. Foresee the delivery risk and take actions accordingly in advance.

2. Solve the issues of PO related: Wrong Information Record, Invoice issue, Parts return, EDI error…
解决PO相关问题，例如错误的供应信息，开票问题，物料返回，EDI错误等。
3. Continously improve supplier OTD to better fulfill customer demand.
持续提升供应商的准时交付率来满足客户的需求。
4. Control the inventory level of RM to the target. Monthly forecast the whole year inventory trend, lead the action plan for inventory reduction.
控制原材料的库存在目标水平。月度预测全年的库存趋势，主导库存下降的行动计划。
5. Proactively find opportunity to reduce in-bound freight cost and involve into the cost reduction project.
积极寻找机会降低进货费用并参与到运费降低项目中。
6. Maintain and update MRP master data for raw materials.
维护及更新原材料的MRP主数据。
7. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Bachelor degree or above, technical and/or commercial background, alternatively basic understanding in both

2 years or above work experience in order planning, production control or material planning.

Good verbal and written English skills.

Master in ERP system, familiar with SAP (PP, MM, SD model) is an advantage.
熟练使用ERP系统，熟悉SAP (PP,MM,SD模块)者优先。
Master in MS Office (Word, Excel, Word), familiar with MS Project or Power BI is an advantage.
