This position locates in Pingdi, Longgang District, Shenzhen. 工作地点为深圳市龙岗区坪地街道。 

- Define planning strategy based on materials type, supplier business case, plant KPR requirement.
- Responsible for supplier delivery performance management.
- Responsible for materials replenishment to fulfill daily/shiftly production needs.
- Follow up ECR change to prevent slow mover, obsolete stock, make proper planning for successor component to prevent backlog for new demand.  
- Maintain SAP key data (MRP profile), optimize parameters according to planning optimization for better inventory control.
- Planning process / standards improvement suggestions, continuous improvement projects. 
- Planning system SupplyOn / OTD+ management.

- 基于物料类型，供应商的业务模式，工厂的管理目标定义物料计划模式
- 负责供应商交付表现管理。
- 负责物料及时补货（交付）以满足当班/当天的生产需求。
- 跟踪项目切换，避免产生呆滞库存。与项目组跟进新产品的量产安排，避免影响产品导入进度。
- 维护SAP系统参数（新料号维护，现有料号的参数优化）
- 计划流程改善合理化建议，改善项目跟进。
- 对SupplyOn / OTD+计划系统日常管理。

-College or above  大专以上学历    
-3~5 years planning experiences  3-5年计划经验    
-Materials plan experience in automotive industry is a plus  有汽车行业计划的优先考虑。
-Strong data analysis ability  需要较强的逻辑思维能力，数据分析能力
-Strong teamwork spirit, able to work under pressure  有团队精神，能够在压力下工作
-Excellent office skills include word, excel, PPT  擅长办公软件，如excel，PPT， word等
-Experiences on lean logistics, Kanban calculation, ROP planning, VMI 有精益物流的精益，懂得计算看板，ROP, VMI
