Responsibilities:

• Support all aspects of the procurement process; planning, forecasting, sourcing, contracting and operations
• Per superior’s indication, to take a comprehensive evaluation for existing suppliers in term of “cost and efficiency” principle;
• Find new and the best resources at the best prices to keep the procurement process on schedule, that could provide more suitable and competitive market information, as well as to ensure all process documentation are in place
• To be familiar with market situation, setup backup supplier resource to secure supply chain
• Maintain and update the database for the suppliers, consultants and contractors
• Maintain and update the catalogue library and maintain the sample room
• Communicate effectively with various departments from different locations

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above, major in material sciences, purchasing management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years in material sourcing/purchasing career
• Understand major property development processes and knowledge in building materials
• Sound knowledge on purchasing documents, terms and conditions for purchase order, and import/export documents
• Initiative and independent
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluent Putonghua is an advantage
• Overseas travelling is required
