Responsibilities 

• Responsible for all procurement duties including: supplier sourcing and management, quotation and tender preparation, price comparison, supplier negotiation, PO issuance, material / product delivery, etc.
• Maintain and update the database for the suppliers, consultants and contractors
• Maintain and update the catalogue library  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as procurement / purchase officer, preferably in fitting out / construction industry
• Proactive, well-organized, detail-minded and independent
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluent Putonghua is an advantage
