As a Material and Process Analysis Chemistry Specialist, you will provide material analysis to all relevant process partners with the focus on chemical and failure analysis of the production processes.

 

You would be support and team member of the PMP (Problem Management Process) on Plant. Develop of containment actions, evaluate countermeasures and long-term solutions to ensure the quality targets and customer satisfaction. Leading role in systematic analysis on production processes and material suppliers.

 

Also, you should define and carry out tests and investigations by using material testing methods and analysis possibilities.

 

Furthermore, you will be responsible for summarizing and reporting, including recommendations and conclusions to process partners. Follow up and verification of effectiveness of reported solution.

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or any related field.

- 1+ years of experience in Automotive production.

- 1+ years of experience in a material analysis, laboratory environment or any related field.

- Hands-on experience on analytical chemistry equipment’s (e.g. FTIR, ICP, Gas Chromatography, Density Meter, Brix Meter, PH-Meter, Conductivity Meter)

      - Capable of working alone and in a multi-functional team.

- Technical report writing skills.

-Capable of working alone in a multi-functional team and with good communication skills.

- Fluent business English.
