#### Position Description:


•Lead and manage Mobile Phone New Technology Development Projects (Materials &
Finishes).
•Work directly with Suppliers to deliver New Technology on-time, on-quality,
and on-cost.
•Deliver New Technologies at multiple Suppliers which meet the same Mechanical
requirements (functional performance & cosmetic appearance).
•Manage strategic initiatives and projects to support the flawless launch of
New Products.
•Marry Supplier Capabilities with Product technology demands to enable the
lowest costs/ highest yields.
•Partner with internal and external Technology Teams on the trends and
advancement of components across Motorola Mobility

#### Position Requirements:


•5+yrs Experience working with Materials (plastics, composites and metals);
Processing (injection molding, thermal forming, compression molding,
extrusion, stamping, forging, CNC cutting, etc)
•5+yrs Working knowledge of Decoration methods of these Materials (Paint,
Anodizing, Plating, Cutting, Laser, Printing, Vacuum Deposition, etc)
•Working knowledge of Statistical Methods (Six Sigma) for use during
experiments and problem solving
•Excellent Problem Solving techniques/ approaches
•Strong Project Management skills
Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
•Highly self-motivated and independent
•Sharp business and technology acumen with cost consciousness
•Fluent in speaking, writing, presenting English and Mandarin Chinese
