We thus deploy innovative technologies to offer an enhanced user experience and more intuitive user interfaces, including for the remote operation of machinery and equipment. As a Materials Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for the control and movement of goods from reception to despatch to ensure daily operational tasks site wise are completed. Leading the team in achieving teams, business goals and KPIs whilst driving "I choose zero" safety culture. • To produce and allocate workload in relation to daily kitting requirements. • Monitor and assist with replenishment levels and supply across the business. • Own the pick and pack process, escalating any issues found. • Daily stock check and reporting of inaccurate items. • Staff training, performance, and development reviews, identifying and communicating any gaps. • Ensure H&S policies are always adhered to across the team whilst choosing "I Choose Zero" safety culture. • Ensure that all departmental performance indicators and metrics are met, reported and managed in a timely manner e.g. delivery, inventory, service level agreements etc. • Develop and support continuous improvement activities across the site. • To deputise in Goods In and Despatch when required, booking goods in or shipping finished products. • Drive effective and professional communication with all stakeholders to ensure day to day tasks are completed and business goals are achieved. Qualifications Warehouse experience an advantage. Minimum 3 years leading a team. Competent with all Microsoft Office tools, understanding of inventory control and management principles including cycle counting, SAP and WMS experience desirable. • Proactive self-starter; able to take initiative and work independently with a sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Have an adaptable approach to work, with the ability to prioritise workload. • Problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to manage high volume workload. • Be able to lead and contribute to CI workshops.
