Essential Responsibilities: - In charge of plant S&OP activities by interfacing with commercial teams, global S&OP leaders, suppliers and customers. Plant focal point on S&OP, procurement, inventory, warehouse management, logistics.

• Take the overall responsibility for direct material, indirect material, utilities and equipment procurement.
• Lead plant material team to implement all supplier fulfillment, cost, quality and other initiatives
• Lead logistics to assure 100% delivery in accordance to the manufacturing needs
• In charge of warehouse management, organize and Lead operations, related packing and shipment
• Work closely with Sourcing organization on New Suppliers Qualification in China
• Puts in place Suppliers control metrics/KPI in order to improve Supplier performance
• Participate to a new ERP system implementation and assure right usage for the Sourcing and Logistics related aspects
• Be a key member of the catcher team and ensure technology transfer, hiring & training of material people, and preparation for production are conducted as planned
• Coordinates daily Planner/Buyers and Logistics Specialist activities.

Qualifications/Requirements: - College or above degree

• Minimum of 10 years working experience in a Sourcing or Procurement role
• Result-oriented, innovative, adaptable, self-motivated, and a team player
• Demonstrated track record of performance and managing teams
• Analytical & problem-solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Strong leadership, motivational and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese
• Strong experience working in a matrix organization.

Desired Characteristics: - Six Sigma experience (for GE employee)

• ERP/MRP previous experience
• 5+ years’ experience in leadership roles managing teams
