Job Description
Eaton’s Santiago DR is currently seeking for a Associate Analyst Material to join our team. Job Summary Responsible to give off the metrics Fill Rate and On Time Performance of the plant, to make production reports and provide order information to internal and external customers. Job Responsibilities Responsible to update the material requirements report that contains the daily requirements of components need to support the plant load. Responsible to elaborate material expedite reports in order to assure the on-time receipt of the critical materials in the warehouse and incoming inspection. Responsible to provide material status to manufacturing supervisors and inform risk and expected receive date of components. Monitor inventory levels and expedite components that are due after the required date. Update Scorecard for Materials area with metrics Responsible to coordinate materials to support expedites from customers. Qualifications Qualifications Education level required: Associate Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar careers. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Statistical knowledge for metric calculation. Years and area of experience required: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar areas. Technical Knowledge: PC knowledge, Microsoft Office, AS400, Windows.
