Job Purpose

Facilitate the utilization of facilities and maintain inventory goals in order to meet sales requests across Asia Pacific and Emerging Markets.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Upload manufacture orders according to material capacity and availability to facilitate on-time delivery of sales orders

2. Monitor and order raw materials to ensure sufficient materials for manufacturing operations and most optimal level of inventory turnover

3. Record and track manufacturing bills of materials for cost tracking purposes

4. Maintain accurate forecast information of Master Production Schedule

5. Track production yield for timely operations

6. Coordinate with suppliers for lead time and minimum order quantity improvement plans and work with the suppliers to improve work efficiency

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business or Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience or equivalent in MNC manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing
• Familiar with manufacturing principles and MRPII concept
