Job Description
Job requirements:
1. Master's or doctoral degree in solid-state physics, solid-state electronics, condensed matter physics, materials physics, material physical chemistry, semiconductor physics and devices, etc.;
2. Work experience and fresh graduates are acceptable;
3. Understand vacuum equipment and technology, especially magnetron sputtering technology, and have research or development experience;
4. Have the ability and patience to train and guide other technical personnel, and have team spirit;

Job Responsibilities:
1. Growing functional film materials on glass substrates using magnetron sputtering technology to meet the growing and demanding domestic and international market demand for architectural and automotive glass;
2. Based on the understanding of the physical properties of materials, explore new thin film structures and new coating technologies, put forward innovative new concepts and ideas, develop the next generation of new products for coated glass in low radiation energy saving, solar energy control, color aesthetics, information display, intelligent glass and automotive heating glass, improve the performance of existing products, and write patents and protect intellectual property rights by writing feasibility research results;
3. Characterize and analyze the optical, electrical and microstructure of thin film materials and their structures, reasonably explain the physical phenomena encountered, and carry out the necessary theoretical fitting to design high-quality new products that meet national and international standards;
4. The new products and new membrane structures developed in the laboratory will be promoted to Xinyi domestic and foreign production lines for large-scale debugging and production through pilot pre-production.
