1) Teaching: deliver courses for students.
2) Research: a. apply independently with Beijing University of Technology as the first unit, undertake or jointly apply with teachers in Beijing University of Technology, to provincial or ministerial level scientific research projects and gain a certain achievement; b. apply independently with Beijing University of Technology as the first unit, publish at least 1 SCI paper or 1 patent per year with Beijing University of Technology as the first or corresponding author; c. assist in undertaking teaching tasks of the research group and guiding 1-2 undergraduates and 1-2 postgraduates.
3) Discipline construction: support the construction of faculty's platform, subject evaluation, degree evaluation, etc.
4) Public management & service: a. assisting the College of Materials Science and Engineering in liaison work for graduated international students; b.complete teaching tasks of the International Exchange and Cooperation and the Office of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs; c. assist the College of Materials Science and Engineering in the organization and development of related courses and international exchange activities.
5) Others: completing the temporary work assigned by research team or college.
