1) Teaching: deliver courses for students.
2) Research:
a. paticipate in application and undertake scientific research projects;
b. publish at least 1 SCI paper as the first author per year.
3) Discipline construction: assisting in planning, assessment and development of Mechiancal Engineering platform.
4) Public management & service:
a. participate in meeting, activities assigned by research team or Faculty.
b. assist the College of Materials Science and Engineering in liaison work for graduated international students;
c. complete teaching tasks of the International Exchange and Cooperation and the Office of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs;
d. assist the College of Materials Science and Engineering in the organization and development of related courses and international exchange activities.
5) Others: complet the temporary work assigned by research team or college.
