Hangzhou Dongfang High School, China is seeking the services of MATH／English／Science TEACHER qualified and experienced teachers for teacher/consultant positions at the Year 11 of their school.

Hangzhou Dongfang High School is seeking applicants with relevant subject area experience or knowledge in the Queensland Certificate of Education in: MathA/MathB and English

The successful applicant will be required to:

(a)Develop and deliver a work program in the relevant subject area to support the implementation of the Queensland Certificate of Education at Hangzhou Dongfang High School.

(b)Work with local teachers to develop their capacity in the delivery of quality senior secondary programs, based on the Queensland Senior Curriculum.

(c)Assist teachers to develop appropriate planning and assessment that meet the requirements of the Queensland Certificate of Education and the context of the school.

(d)Undertake a tutor / mentor support role for local teachers engaged in teacher training and upgrading and, where appropriate, supplement this training program through delivery of workshops and tutorials as determined by the Hangzhou Dongfang High School.

(a)Applicant must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject area

(b)Teachers with experience or knowledge of the Queensland Curriculum and the Queensland Certificate of Education preferred

(c)Must be of good character

(e)Must be willing to work within the local context of the school

(a)An annual salary of USD$32,000 for the contract period of [September, 2018-

June 2019]. Payments will be paid monthly [USD$2,681]

(b)A return air fare plus excess baggage allowance of USD$1261.00
