1) Teaching: deliver courses for students.
2) Research: publish at least 1 SCI paper each year as the first author or corresponding author; apply for 1 project at the provincial or ministerial level or above; assist in supervise 2 postgraduates。
3) Discipline construction: assist in Mathematics discipline planning, discipline evaluation, platform construction, etc.
4) Public management & service: revise and polish 4-5 papers, participate in the construction of English website and the compilation of pamphlets, assist in global cooperation and communication, participate in the reception of foreigners.
