College of Mathematics, Statistics and Mechanics

1. Mathematics Discipline Teacher and Researcher
1) Teaching: 5-10 teaching periods per week at annual average for undergraduate courses and graduate courses, on mathematics.
2) Research: publishing at least 1 SCI paper each year as the first author or corresponding author; applying for 1 project at the provincial or ministerial level or above; assisting in supervising 1-2 postgraduates per year; attending international conference and giving talks; paticipating in the compilation of monograph and teaching materials.
3) Discipline construction: assisting in Mathematics discipline planning, discipline evaluation, platform construction, etc.
4) Public management & service: revising and polishing 4-5 papers; participating in the construction of English website and the compilation of pamphlets; assisting in global cooperation and communication; participating in the reception of foreigners.

2. Statistics Discipline Teacher and Researcher
1) Teaching: 5-10 teaching periods per week at annual average for undergraduate courses and graduate courses , on statistics or probability.
2) Research: publishing at least 1 SCI paper each year as the first author or corresponding author; applying for 1 project at the provincial or ministerial level or above; assisting in supervising 1-2 postgraduates per year; attending international conference and giving talks; paticipating in the compilation of monograph and teaching materials.
3) Discipline construction: assisting in Statistics discipline planning, discipline evaluation, platform construction, etc.
4) Public management & service: revising and polishing 4-5 papers; participating in the construction of English website and the compilation of pamphlets; assisting in global cooperation and communication; participating in the reception of foreigners.

3. Mechanics research fellow
1) Teaching: 64 academic hours per academic year, or at least 2 academic presentations per month.
2) Research:
a. participating in application and undertake scientific research projects.
b. published at least 1 English SCI paper as the first author per year.
3) Discipline construction: assisting in planning, assessment and development of Mechiancal Engineering platform.
4) Public management & service: participating in meeting, activities assigned by research team or school.
5) Others: completing the temporary work assigned by research team or school.
