Qualifications & requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, primary/secondary education, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Internationally recognized teaching certification (e.g., U.S. Teaching Certification, U.K. PGCE, or QTS)
• Minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience
• Familiarity with international math curricula (e.g., Singapore Math, Common Core)
• Demonstrated exemplary classroom practice in the relevant phase
• Experience in international school settings, particularly in China, is preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, administrative, and organizational skills
• Proficient in the use of educational technology
• Commitment to extracurricular involvement and active participation in school life beyond the classroom
• Adaptable, flexible, and open to the challenges of teaching and living overseas
