• Equip yourself with operations knowledge for a world-class catering standard
• Deliver business ROI independently after a training period
• Manage one of our McDonald’s store with 1M monthly revenue according to the training plan
• Provide insights to the management to improve operational excellence and ideas for new areas for future development
• Eventually manage multiple stores in assigned area with challenging goal of ROI deliverables

You should possess

• Bachelor degree or above in any discipline
• Strong passion in service industry
• Possess strong achieving mind-set
• Willing to take challenges and with ‘can-do’ attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, innovative and open minded
• Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English

McTALENT Program Structure

• Learn the essence of a store management for 30 months and become an RGM shadowing
• Talent will support in assigned projects to gain exposure for contributing different experience in the store
• After experience in various store-experience-related projects, you will become an independent RGM to manage a restaurant with over 1M sales for at least 12 months.
• The goal for this program is to nurture the McTALENT to be a successful Business Consultant within 5 years since joining as McTALENT

Recruitment Process

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to aptitude test, interviews, assessment center and an on-the-job evaluation session. Details will be provide upon each stage for successful applicants.
