En Eaton Santiago DR tenemos la vacante Clerk Manufacturing Assistance Tool Room. Este role tiene las siguientes responsabilidades: Job Summary Responsible to support machining operation on the tool shop, including but not limiting to machine and build fixtures, parts replacement to machines, modify components for manufacturing and support the CNC Tchwith material preparation. Job Responsibilities Operating mills and lathes, offsets adjustments and bar stock changes. Start to installed, tools, attachments, collets, bushings, stops, and stock pushers; indicating vices when required. Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, forming, broaching and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes. Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations. Maintains equipment by completing PM and TPM requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs. Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Documents production and quality logs (Daily Hourly Production sheet). Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Demonstrates a high standard of work ethics. Being able to appropriately give and receive feedback that help us to continuous improvement. Qualifications Qualifications Education level required: High school, Technical Degree in Industrial Mechanic. Preferred education level: Minimum of 1 year experience of Machining operations or manufacturing Environment. Technical Knowledge: Able to interpretate drawings and tolerances, preferable.
