Job Title: PT / ED (mainly for paint shop) Designer in Design Department

职位: 设计部前处理/电泳设备(主要是涂装车间)设计工程师

Responsibility for…

职责:

1. Technical / document management of PT+ED design for projects

前处理+电泳设备项目设计技术及文件的管理

2. Prepare the technical Bid-Pack of accessory facilities, and check the design work from subcontractors e.g. RO water station etc

编制配套设备发包技术文件和检查分包商的设计工作, 如纯水站等

3. In charge of the technical choices and the achievement of time and costs targets

负责技术的选型, 设计工期和目标成本的控制

4. Acts as technical interface with customer and is in touch with PM and other departments

担当与客户技术交流, 及与项目管理部和其他部门的联系

5. Communication with German side, customer and subcontractors

与德方, 客户及分包合作单位的技术沟通

6. Design or detail design the PT+ED equipments e.g. detail design of piping and process tanks (with SAP system)

前处理+电泳设备的总图及详细设计, 如管道、工艺槽槽体细化设计 (包括与SAP系统的链接)

7. Calculation and schema (Visio plan) of PT+ED process

前处理+电泳设备的工艺设计计算, 工艺流程图的绘制 (Visio制图)

Requirements for the Candidates of PT / ED Designer:

生产线前处理/电泳设备设计工程师应聘者条件要求：

1. College degree of science or above major in mechanical / equipment design or chemical equipment engineering.

大学本科及以上，机械及设备设计或化工设备工程专业

2. At least 3 years detail design experience in the automotive wet area systems with emphasize on piping or process tanks design

有3年以上汽车工业前处理及电泳设备、特别是管道、工艺槽槽体方面细化设计经验

3. Very good technical education; preferred chemical- or process engineer or related subject

技术基础扎实，化学、工艺或类似专业工程师优先

4. High motivated and flexible, able to work under pressure

工作积极、灵活，并能经受压力

5. Team work spirit and self driven

有团队精神，能独立工作

6. At least 2 years experience in handling AutoCad, MicroStation (or Solid Works)

有2年以上应用AutoCad, MicroStation (或Solid Works) 软件经验

7. Fluent in English and Chinese, both speaking and writing
