VON ARDENNE needs a capable, motivated Mechanical Assembly Engineer or Senior Mechanical Assembly Engineer to carrying out all tasks related to sputtering and coater equipment manufacturing of industrial equipment of VON ARDENNE. The successful candidate of this position will be responsible for mechanical components assembly according to customer orders and drawing, role-playing as a supervisor to manage production staff and resources to ensure production output is aligned with project milestones requirement. The Mechanic Engineer will work with an open communication culture team and in a dynamic working atmosphere and will report directly to the Manager of Assembly Department at VON ARDENNE Vacuum Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

YOUR TASKS

• Understand equioment assembling drawing, get the keypoints and difficulities of equipment assembly;

理解设备装配图纸，掌握设备装配的要点及难点；

• Cordinate production staff and resources, follow production plan and department manager’s order, complete mechanical components assembly tasks in time;

  协调生产人员以及其它相关资源，按照生产计划和上级领导的派工,按时完成机械零部件装配任务；

• Closely follow up and monitor the status project assembly phase, ensure production deviations can be identified and handled on time and strictly control the quality of assembly parts;

  密切关注和监督项目装配阶段的状态，并确保第一时间识别并解决生产异常情况,严格把控组装产品的质量；

• Implement the 5S & HSE activities in the workshop and promote safe working practices in a clean and safe work environment with a team approach to achieve HSE goals and objectives;

  在车间实施5S以及生产安全活动，确保工作环境的干净整洁，以及安全，并达到安全指标；

• Implement lean manufacturing process, focus on continuous improvement, maximizing productivity;
  

实施精益生产，提高生产效率，并实现持续改善；

• 
  Leading the team for field installation of Large vacuum sputter or coater equipment on customer side;

  带领团队到客户现场进行大型真空镀膜设备安装；

• Other tasks form department manager.

YOUR PROFILE

• College degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical integration or relative sujects;

大专或以上学历，机械工程，机电一体化或其他相关专业；

• 5 years’ inspector experience above in mechanical equipment or automation equipment assembly ;

具备5年以上机械设备或自动化设备装配经验；

• Skilled ability of mechanical components assembly and familiar with mechanical principle understanding;

具备较高的机械装配能力以及熟练掌握机械原理；

• Able to understand all kinds of machinery and assembly drawing, familiar with most kind of assembly and measuring tools using;

熟练阅读零件和机械装配图纸，熟练使用各类装配，测量工具；

• Good sense of teamwork and reponsibility, strong learning and comunication ability, able to work under presure;

  良好的团队合作意识和责任心，较强的学习和沟通能力，可以承受较大工作压力；

• Good knowledge of PC hardware and software (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, e-mail);

  熟练使用办公软件；

• Good English at reading，speeking and writing;

  良好的英语读说写能力；

• Able to accept travelling, both domestically and internationally if necessary;

  根据需要有能力国内外出差；

• Shop floor supervisory experiences or large vacuum equipment assembling experience is prefered.

有车间管理经验或大型真空设备装备经验者优先。
