Job Description:
1. Lead and maintain detailed project plans addressing implementation of aircraft maintenance
2. Reasonable in manpower arrangements, Quality and Safety control in work team
3. Control and monitor program execution via schedule tracking and reporting. This includes evaluating program metrics and providing corrective action and mitigation during the aircraft maintenance project.
4. Work in an environment of continuous improvement and lean process and product development
5. Master maintenance work orders, the executive and records requirements; master work order style, execution and recording requirements.

Preferred Education;
Diploma in aviation related studies or equivalent or above

Preferred Job Skills and Qualification;
1. Proficiency in aircraft sheet metal repair, to possess a CAAC ME-TA or STR license is preferred
2. At least 5 years of aircraft component or base maintenance experience in MRO, have sheet metal repair development experience is preferred
3. Reasonable command of read and written English
4. Good execution and professionalism
5. Good teamwork and leadership
