Job Description

Ensure the application of all safety rules, assuring Maintenance personnel are aware of and employing safe work practices and promoting safety programs and behaviors 确保维修活动符合安全规则要求，确保维修工人理解安全规则，并在实际工作中执行安全规则，推动安全规则的推进和人员行为的合规。

• Repair expert for critical maintenance (in his craft) with a good working knowledge of all crafts。关键设备的维修专家 并具有和维修其它相关专业知识良好的掌握。

• Provide Level 1 Troubleshooting. 解决第一级别的故障。

• Assists Maintenance Gatekeeper as necessary to confirm prioritization 帮助维修的工单负责人确认工作（工单）的优先级别。

• Provide guidance to crafts on critical maintenance items, repairs, and tasks。对关键的维修工作，任务，事项提供指导。

• Facilitate first-time repair quality in an accurate, efficient and effective manner 领导团队实现在首次维修工作中的维修质量，效率和效果。

• Perform quality checks of executed work对团队执行的维修工作进行质量检查。

• Facilitate work execution productivity as measured by Time-on-Tools. 帮助执行团队工作效率的提高，该效率用工具时间来测量（扳手时间）

• Ensure compliance to weekly schedule 确保每周计划工作的按时,按工时，成本的完成。

• Ensure notifications and work orders are completed (with failure cause codes identified and entered) and closed in a timely manner .确保维修通知单和维修工单及时的关闭（并辨识出损坏代码并填进通知单和工单里面）

• Ensure equipment files are maintained and updated as needed 确保设备档案的完整并及时更新。

• Take other tasks arranged by his supervisor. 执行其主管安排的其它工作
