Job Purpose: Operate and maintain the ventilation, air-conditioning, steam boiler and water pipe systems and building facilities in accordance with preventative maintenance programs and as ad hoc needs arise.

Competencies and Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel mechanical maintenance
Knowledge/Certificates: Relevant accredited apprenticeship preferred
Education: Secondary school or equivalent
Language Ability: Good Cantonese and Mandarin. Fair English
Computer Skills: Basic
