As a Mechanic in Tianjin, you will help us to maintain key relationships with Rolls-Royce Technical Support Operations in France and Airbus Tianjin FAL / FL / ADC staff. Key Accountabilities

• To carry out the Aircraft engine maintenance activities (LRU/LRP replacement, troubleshooting, boroscope inspection, etc) and modification embodiment of aero engines i.a.w. with Rolls-Royce instructions and procedures

• Perform the maintenance work or modification embodiment preparation and support local maintenance capability establishment works

• Maintain and publish accurate records of all work performed in accordance with the manufacturer’s quality procedures, including responsibility for accurate records of the Mechanics team

• To carry out the maintenance tooling, consumables and spares management in accordance with Rolls-Royce internal quality procedure

• Support the quality assessment of the engine products and manage the quarantined and non-conforming engine parts

• Ensure compliance with all HS&E requirements, including mandatory usage of PPE, "Take-Two" mentality, risk mitigation and participation in maintaining the company HS&E policies.

Requirements

• Aviation Product / Technical Awareness and technical experience within aero engines environment

• At least 4 years Aircraft or engine maintenance/production experience in Airline, MRO or OEM.

• Be flexible to changing schedules and requirements, willingness to work on weekend and/or overtime and willingness to work across organizational borders if necessary

• Aeronautical diploma, technical school or university degree

• Must be able to read and write English and comprehend and apply information contained in technical manuals; possess basic computer skills and be able to use office software

• Proactive and active, bold, good team player, integrity, accountability and good communication skills
