Mechanical design for Agitator, provide technical support to relative department in company.

Job Tasks工作任务:

• Develop the mechanical design for agitators, including the layout/general arrangement and the design for individual parts such as pedestals, shafts, impellers, etc… based on scientific calculation, and the aid of proprietary and commercial software tools..

• Generate Engineering data including drawings, BOM’s, calculations, purchasing specifications, user manuals, working instructions for operations etc.

• Verify the specification of the mixer sized by application engineers in early stage of the project.

• Support sales, working cooperatively with to Sales to pre order parts and to develop optimum designs in response to unusual applications.

• Support production team, quality team, sourcing team, and field service team on problem solving.

• Interacting with suppliers to optimize designs so that they are more cost effective and better quality.

• Writing detailed assembly, inspection and test instructions for assembly and quality.

• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
  

Education and work experience:

• Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.

• Minimum of 2 year experience in Mechanical Design Engineering, Designing of mixers, vessels, or rotary products would be preferred.
  

Knowledge and Technical competencies:

• Basic engineering theoretical knowledge.

• Fabrication processes such as machining, welding and metal forming.

• Familiar with Quality Assurance System and QC tools.

• Fluent oral and written communication skills in English.

Soft Skills:

• Design software AutoCAD, Solidworks, and familiar with EPDM, MathCAD, and TeamCenter software would be preferred.

• Familiar with ERP system
