Job Purpose:

Guarantee the organization and execution of design activities (mechanical and process) for pertaining projects, in line with safety regulations in force, quality standards and expected timings/costs, and according to the indications received by the direct superior.

Job Content:

Cooperate with the direct superior in elaborating the pertaining budget, proposing the respective plan, in line with the objectives received.
Organize and plan the design acitivities for assigned projects, in coherence with customers' needs and contracts in force, as well as with the indications received by the direct superior.
Take care of the relationship with the customer for technical subjects, from pre-sales activities until the end of the project, in coordination with Sales Dept., cooperating with the direct superior in organizing and leading design review activities, as well as in presenting and sharing the technical solutions according to contract's conditions and customer's needs.
Ensure the execution of given projects (mechanical and process design) in line with customer's expectations, safety and quality standards, and Group's procedures / working systems, both realizing parts of the project internally (FMS Design structure) and asking specific support to the Central structure (Design and R&D Group Dept.) .
Find and propose technical solutions.

Collaborating with the involved Functions in focusing and realizing documentation, specific trainings and safety initiatives whenever needed, in order to contribute in assuring the respect of HS&E rules and procedures in force, according to the indications received by the direct superior.

Cooperate with Design and R&D Group Dept. in standardizing and making available the technological platforms for pertaining products, realizing - through the led structure - technical documentations for the customers (e.g. handbooks, maintenance guides, etc.), and assuring the maintaining / growth of area's know-how as well as its confidentiality.

Guarantee collaborators' management by taking care of training, motivating and professional growth according to the relevant direct superior's instructions and Personnel Department's policies.
