Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical engineers and manage Lamp fixture/ mechanics design.
- Responsible for whole product solution; coordinate and co-work with optical, electrical and thermal design team.
- Optimizing product, ID design, DFM, Quality, cost, certification, NPI.
- Competitor products benchmarking. - Monitor the product development process. Support pilot production. Ensure project time scheduling.
- Support production in case there are quality or part delivery problems.
- Benchmark competitor solutions, scout, benchmark and bring new/emerging technology into the product design in order to improve the performance, lower the cost, and realize never-possible features
- Offer technical support where needed to development team.
- Draw upon engineering and general industry best practice and benchmarking.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or above, related to Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years in LED lighting product design, and have design knowhow in mechanical, LED, optical and thermal design.
- With experience at international companies is preferred
- Efficient in mechanical 3D/2D drawing software (Solidworks preferred).
- Experience defining requirements of both indoor and outdoor products
- Knowledge of world standard and regulations related to LED lighting (e. g., IEC, UL, FCC, EC).
- Good problem solving, communication, leading & negotiation skills.
- Strong expertise in IoT system / smart lighting industry is a plus.
- Fluent English skills.
