1.Draw up initial proposals for temporary use of electricity and water during project construction; 2.Review change orders of technical proposals and designs in water supply, heating, ventilation, and electrical engineering; 3.Peer review of drawings and design details for water supply, heating, ventilation, and electrical engineering; make sure construction programs are organized and implemented accordingly; 4.Identify and solve technical problems in water supply, heating, ventilation, and electrical engineering; 5.Control work progress and strictly follow company’s time schedule in water supply, heating, ventilation, and electrical engineering; 6.Manage engineering quality in water & electricity supply, heating & ventilation according to national regulations and contract terms; capable of accurate pre-control on potential quality issues; organize and supervise contractors to improve and solve problems at site; 7.Work with budget department to investigate and evaluate contractors in water & electricity supply, heating & ventilation as well as suppliers of materials and machinery; 8.Take part in completion acceptance and property hand-over; 9.Work with property management company to solve engineering problems within defects liability period; 10.Responsible for preliminary review of contract settlement amount and active coordination in final accounting work of the department

1.Age: 28-45 years old 2.Education: minimum bachelor’s degree in real estate, industrial and civil construction, electrical engineering, or water, heating and ventilation 3.Certification: minimum intermediate certificate 4.Experience: a minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management in large construction enterprises or real estate industry 5.Skills: (1) familiar with procedures and regulations in design, installation, and construction management of engineering projects like water supply, heating, ventilation, strong and weak electricity; (2) strong expertise in water & electricity, heating & ventilation, and solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical installations; (3) fully understand development processes, construction procedures, and acceptance standards of real estate industry; 6.Competence: Well organized, strongly motivated, flexible, good at project management and interpersonal coordination 7.Character: hardworking and decisive with strong sense of principle, integrity, and responsibility
