Job Objective :

Work closely with PM, Product Line, EGD, Purchasing, R&D Lab, Hangzhou manufacture function teams and other relevant departments to be responsible for new product mechanical design and to support project management, which are mostly cover All ANZ gas hobs, some of EA & CNM gas hobs projects development.

Key Operational Responsibilities :

Follow up Product Development Process (PDP), create product mechanical design and follow up project development.

? Create the whole product Catia 2D & 3D design in Teamcenter according to product specification, technical specification, quality requirement & Industrial design;

? Create the Catia 2D & 3D design of new components in Teamcenter according to the product design, and communicate with the component supplier during the design;

? Lead for product & component prototyping & performance verification;

? Lead and follow up the DFMEA and PSRA;

? Create & update product BOMs during new product development;

? Create & update project tracking sheet, support new product development management according to PDP;

? Monitor the project status routine, if there are any deviations against the project plan, take/lead to take actions immediately and escalate to LM and PM.

? Arrange Design Verify Trial (DVT) & Manufacture Verify Trial (MVT) in the factory, and solve the problems in DVT/MVT if it is needed;

? Follow up the new components first sample approval, support the supplier to solve the problems in the FSA if it is needed;

? Support Mass Production (MP) in the factory, and solve the problems in MP if it is needed;

? Support for ECN and ECR;

? Participation in Project teams;

? Support on SCR and cost reduction;

? Other tasks which is appointed by his/her manager.Job Objective :
