Responsibility:

• On site machine installation,maintenance,troubleshooting and customer training.
• Report customer issue to Customer service manager.
• Follow customer site machine buy-off.
• Support all the customer request or customer service manager.

Requirement:

• 2years experience in die sorting,test sorter,flip chip,die attach.
• Bachelor degree in Automation Control, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong background about mechanical and electro-mechanics.
• Fluency in writing /oral English experience.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly innovative & motivated
• Ability to work under pressure.
