Responsibilities:

? Responsible for the coordination of all technical activities on assigned projects.

? Responsible for feasibility analysis/ mechanical design/ prototype/structure testing/equipment validation, and solve the structure process problems.

? Responsible for the prototype equipment testing with related standards.

? Responsible for the development testing instruction to validate the samples and design. To make sure our equipment in high quality and high level of reliability, and advantageous.

? Complete and optimize the technical standard and procedure in each gate.

? Cooperate with electronic engineer to complete the function design and validation.

Skills/Qualifications:

? At least 8 years Mechanical Engineering or automation design, or equivalent.

? In-depth experience and understanding of automation equipment mechanical structure. New equipment product and independent design are must

? Familiar with Solidworks 3D& 2D design, high level of engineering drawing.

? Familiar with difference mechanical machining method, like sheet metal, extruding, die-casting, CNC, injection, surface treatment etc.

? Knowledge with DFMEA/DFM, and project driving and management.

? Experience with LED and traditional outdoor lighting is plus.

? UV curing equipment experience is perfect.

? Team performance management knowledge.

? Good problem solving and analytical skills. ? High level of Self-motivation Reviewed
