2. 参与汽车焊装非标设备的机械设计。

To do mechanical design of automobile welding for non-standard equipment.

3. 进行详细的3D设计、

4. 2D图纸、采购件选型以及BOM清单的制作。

To do the 3D design, 2D drawing, Purchase part selection and BOM creation.

5. 负责解决设计中关键的技术问题，负责整机功能分析，负责图纸的释放。

Responsible to solve the key technical problems in the design, Responsible for the machine function analysis, responsible to the drawing release.

6. 参与供应商技术交流，参与采购件选型。

Participate in technical communication with supplier, to determine the type of purchase parts.

7. 跟踪加工和装配，解决加工和装配过程中发现的设计问题。

Tracking processing and assembly, solve the design related problem during the processing and assembly.

教育与学历：

Education & Academic Qualifications

专科，机械工程类背景

Junior College, majored in mechanical engineering

2年以上汽车焊装线设计经验

2+ Design experience in automotive welding production line

熟悉白车身行业装备设计；

Familar with BIW equipment design.

具有一定的设计能力；

Have a little ability of fixture design

了解设计标准和项目流程；

Understand design standard and project process

熟悉CATIA，CAD等设计软件；

Familiar with CATIA and CAD
