The Challenge:

The Position:

• 负责公司的机械设备的维修管理管理Responsible for the maintenance management of the company's mechanical equipment。
• 依照Do maintenance; IER; MRO等管理流程组织管理维修活动，并监控和汇报其状态。According to Do Maintenance，IER，MRO and other management processes organize and manage maintenance activities and monitor and report their status.
• 负责组织实施MSA评估和关闭行动。Organize and implement MSA evaluation and closure actions。
• 保持机械设备处于的良好状态，最大限度地降低设备停车时间，最大限度地提高可靠性Keep the mechanical equipment in good condition. minimize the equipment downtime and maximize reliability。
• 有计划地组织完成机械纠正性和预防性维修。Systematically organize the completion of mechanical corrective and preventive maintenance;
• 培训并带领团队不断学习提高，适应公司发展地需要。Train and lead the team to learn and improve to meet the needs of the company;
• 作为技术工程师，为工艺和设备方面的故障提供技术解决方案。定期检查技术文件的正确性和完整性Acting as the technical Engineer to provide the technical solutions to the failures with regard to the process and equipment. Regularly checking the technical files for their correctness and completeness
• 负责备件管理，确保所有安全设备和特殊设备按照当地规定进行检查/校准/维护。Spare part management. To ensure all the safety devices and special equipment to be inspected/calibrated/maintained as per local regulations.
• 编制长周期的行动计划，关注保温/消除泄漏和腐蚀，使工厂处于一个良好的整洁的状态。Prepare the long-term action plan to improve the insulation/stop the leaking and corrosion to have a good housekeeping at plants.
• 协调配合内外部的培训或检测/检查。Cooperate for internal/external trainings or tests /audit.
  

The Ideal:

• 本科及以上学历，机械相关专业。With bachelor at least on knowledge or background of Mechanical。
• 良好的英语听说读写能力。Good at English writing and speaking
• 良好的沟通技能。Good communication skill
• 有从事食品，化工和药品工厂的相关的工作经验者将被优先考虑。Prefer to have experience on food，chemical，or drug production related.
