Position responsibilities of linear actuator engineer
1. In-depth understanding of linear actuators and their applications;
2. Have a deep understanding of worm helical gear drive, screw nut drive and planetary reduction mechanism, and have more independent design experience;
3. Have an in-depth understanding of the key parts of the push rod, can calculate the force and strength, etc.
4. Have rich experience in noise improvement of linear actuators.
Gear Engineer:
1. Major in mechanical design or gear design;
At least 3 years experience in plastic gear design;
3. Familiar with CREO,CAD and other 3D and 2D software;
4. Can use kisssoft and other gear design software; Experience in gear noise reduction, tooth profile modification, injection gear design is preferred.
5, Can use simulation analysis software is preferred; Example: ansys, Adams, etc.
