Position Description:
1.Early involvement in new product development, own DFM-ME study and review
for new product SC readiness.
2.Ensure DFM issue list is up-to-date and each is given a severity that
matches the severity definition template
3.Track and follow up with R&D and factory on improvement action for DFM
related manufacturing issues by severity
4.Follow up and document DFM lesson learnt at different milestone and builds
5.Contribute inputs to RFQ including assembly time estimate, work flow
instruction and tooling requirement
6.Contribute inputs to assess NUD and identify their risk and severity
7.Responsible for readiness of phone assembly related tools, jigs and fixtures
at the factory during pre-builds

Position Requirements:
1.5+ years mechanical experience, especially for mobile phone DFM related
background.
2.Familiar with Pro-E and skilled use it.
3.Familiar with phone assembly fixture design, optimization and verification
4.Excellent logical thinking ability, analytical and insight ability, problem
solving ability
5.Influence English communication skills, including writing and speaking.
