• Mechanical parts drawing transfer and drawing management
• Mechanical assembly training/documents transfer
• Mechanical BOM preparation
• Mechanical issue communication with EMAR MTC team

Mechanical assembly activities

• Mechanical assembly training in MTC
• Mechanical assembly SOP drafting
• Mechanical assembly training for new technician
• Hands on and support for mechanical assembly
• Mechanical assembly quality management
• Mechanical commissioning for each machine

Mechanical design

• Mechanical design for new equipment based on customer requirements
• Jig design based on customer requirements
• Design concept communication with MTC
• Mechanical parts model selection

Success Factors

• Complete monthly report as a presentation.
• Reporting personal KPIs in monthly report

Others

• HSE policy
• Support MMC team to complete relevant tasks
• Complete other temporary tasks assigned by MMC manager
• Support MMC manager to finish the mechanical supplier sourcing
• Business trip support
• Support MMC manager to manage mechanical team

Knowledge Skills

• Over 3 years automatic equipment mechanical design experience
• 2 years onsite mechanical assembly experience
• Master of SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Good English both oral and written
• Good communication ability both English and Mandarin
