1. 根据客户要求开发创新型产品；
   Innovative concept creation from customer and internal specifications;
2. 与根据力士乐的产品设计流程，与欧洲同事合作开发零件和系统（包括设计图纸，物料主数据申请和测试等）； 
   Development of components and systems according to the Rexroth product engineering process (drawing creation, master data application and testing, etc.) in an international development team;
3. 和测试工程师一起制定产品测试步骤和方法；
   Definition of testing procedures and coordination with test engineers;
4. 准备产品售前和售后的相关技术文档；
   Preparation of pre- and after sales technical documentation; 
5. 竞争对手产品技术分析。
   Competitor product analysis and technical benchmarking. 

1. 机械工程专业应届生，一本学历；优秀者可放宽到二本；
   Fresh graduates with Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from prestigious university;
2. 熟悉机械产品设计和加工方法；
   Knowledge/experience in mechanical design and manufacturing process ;
3. 有良好沟通能力、动手学习能力和团队精神，在校期间获得奖学金、技能获奖的优先考虑；
   Good communication skills and teamwork spirit. Winning scholarship in university will be an advantage;
4. 能独立和主动完成工作，有创新思维；
   Pro-active, creative and independent working capability ;
5. 英语流利。
   Fluent in English (Oral, verbal and written).
